Disclaimer The style of Flag Football that Northwest
Ohio Flag Football, LLC offers does include a fair amount of contact. Our rules are based upon the flag football
rules laid out by the USFTL and interpreted locally and enforced as
such. Every attempt is made by all
members of NWOFF, LLC.to provide
safe and orderly play in conjunction with the rules set forth. However injuries may occur and this aspect
of our game should be carefully considered prior to your participation. If you are in anyway concerned about the
amount of contact involved you should not participate. Also, if you have any questions about what
is or is not allowed by the rules in our game please feel free to contact me
and I will clarify any rules that may concern you. This is not an attempt to discourage anyone
from participating, only an attempt to make players
aware of the possibility of injury playing a sport that involves some degree

league! Overall I would have to say
this has been one of the most competitive seasons we’ve had here in
Toledo. If anyone has any CONSTRUCTIVE
suggestions or ideas please let me know – I would love to hear them. Also, If your team is going to the State
Tournament Please Let me know by Tuesday, November 1. Even if you are not getting a bid, all

5 on 5 Indoor League is now forming at Gold Medal Indoor
Sports! ·
Deadline to
join is November 1st. ·
We use our officials
and I am a consultant to Gold Medal as it pertains to the flag football
league, but it is still Gold Medals League. ·
Entry fee
set by Gold Medal is $495 payable to GOLD MEDAL. $12 per game for officials is paid to the
officials prior to the start of each game. ·
Format will
remain the same as last year – 5 on 5 (Click HERE for 5 on 5 Rules) ·
All games
will be played on Sunday mornings ·
League is
set to begin on November 6th.
Teams going to the USFTL State Tournament (8 on 8) will receive a bye
in the indoor league on Sunday, November 13. ·
Our first
Indoor tournament will be on SATURDAY, December 17th. Christmas and New Years both fall on Sunday
this year which REALLY restricts our options for tournament dates. We will try a Saturday and see what
happens. ·
The second
indoor tournament will be on Sunday, February 26th. Please go to the Gold Medal

A
NOTE TO ALL TEAMS: The teams that dropped still owe at least a
portion of their entry fees, therefore players on those rosters are
ineligible to participate in any NWOFF or USFTL event until all money owed is
paid in full. If any player from those
rosters is caught playing for another team, that team will forfeit the games
that those players have participated in and that team will be fined the amount
owed by that players team. This
includes this season and ALL FUTURE EVENTS!!!
I am very serious about this. I
have put a lot of time, money and effort into our league and it is not fair
to all of our teams when a team does not fulfill their monetary obligations
and fails to show up for games.
